      Mendiola Teng-Calleja is the Executive Director of the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development and an Associate Professor at the Psychology Department of the Ateneo. She has published in international and local journals and has also co-edited HR and OD books. She has over fifteen years of practice in different areas of human resource management and organization development including being an internal HR consultant for The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, and Assistant to the Principal for HR at the Ateneo High School. Joy has a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila, where she also obtained her master’s degree.

      Regina M. Hechanova-Alampay is a professor and former Chair of the Department of Psychology at the Ateneo and former president of the Psychological Association of the Philippines. She has a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Central Michigan University and she obtained her master’s degree in Psychology and bachelor’s degrees from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Formerly the Executive Director of Ateneo CORD, she has over twenty-five years of experience as an HR practitioner and consultant in organizations both in the Philippines and in the US. A licensed psychologist, she was awarded Professional of the Year for Psychology by the Professional Regulatory Commission.

      At the Ateneo, Edna P. Franco is Director for Special Projects of the Ateneo CORD, Associate Professor in the Psychology Department, and Program Director for the PhD in Leadership Studies. Her former leadership positions in the University include Vice President for Administration and Planning, Assistant to the President for Organization Development and Planning, Executive Director of CORD, and Chair of the Psychology Department. She holds a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology and an MS in Social Psychology from the Ateneo. Among the recent books that she has co-edited are: Rebirth and Reinvention: Transforming Philippine Organizations and Organization Development Practice in the Philippines.
    • Emerald Jay D. Ilac, Editor

      Emerald Jay Ilac is an Assistant Professor of the Ateneo de Manila Psychology Department, and Director for Consulting of the Ateneo CORD. He was a manager for over ten years in various institutions where he focused on business management and talent development. He is a member and peer reviewer of the International Leadership Association and the Psychological Association of the Philippines where he was the Chair of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Division. A psychology undergraduate from the Ateneo de Manila University, a licensed psychometrician, and Certified Specialist in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, he finished his doctorate degree in Leadership Studies also in the same university.
